The pool was beautiful, and we were genuinely impressed by the friendly staff. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast that offered a wide range of options. With a lovely sandy beach nearby and several shops and tavernas just around the corner, we found it easy to explore and enjoy our time in Crete. Every evening was like a special occasion due to the attentive service.

The apartment I stayed in was a true oasis with its spacious layout and wonderful garden view! I couldn't get enough of sipping my flavorful coffee while taking in the morning sun by the pool. The culinary experience was great, with unique homemade Cretan dishes that showcased local flavors at every meal.

Location close to many attractions and villages, and restaurants, a big groceries store and many other shops. Also, in centre of the tourist area. Good sized airy rooms with crockery, oven and a kitchen.

The Grand Leoniki offered a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, ideal for my family. The location near local restaurants and the beach was perfect. Our one-bedroom family apartment had good facilities but had a shower with no curtain was good. The pools were inviting, especially the option for a quieter area, though I noticed towel reservations at the second pool were frustrating for those wanting to find a spot. Staff were accommodating when I mentioned our room's location with limited views, and they swiftly moved us to a better room which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh options every morning. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere during themed nights and the quality of the Cretan cuisine served at dinner.

We enjoyed the lovely pool areas, but the outdated TV in our apartment was disappointing.

The room layout left something to be desired. Some had views limited to nearby roads or residential homes, which detracted from the enjoyment of the balcony space. Noise from local dogs barking at night disrupted sleep, while crowded pool areas made it tricky to find a free lounger amidst towel reservations. The Wi-Fi connectivity ranged, with some areas being a bit spotty, particularly for those tucked away in the back of the hotel.

Had a blast with my friends! The three outdoor pools were perfect for lounging, and we loved the fun at the Agreco Farm. The Health Club had everything from massages to a games room, keeping us entertained. The location was close to beaches and plenty of bars. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, but it's worth it for the experience!

We encountered some issues with the shower size in our room, smaller than expected but still worked fine. It definitely caught us off guard at first.

Just a reliable pick for a momentary pause in Platanes with good value for cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with freshly baked bread and fresh fruit available every morning. Bring beach shoes for the pebbles and gravel at the access to the water.

The location was ideal, very close to buses, taxis, and supermarkets. the staff was incredibly nice and provided excellent service. the room was large, with a master bedroom included. the amenities included a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and refrigerators.

The restaurant I dined at was stunning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast spread; it had a fantastic variety of delicious food. the location of the hotel was wonderful, and the staff made me feel very welcome. the service provided was top-notch, and I left feeling completely satisfied.
